Thaw Builders Architectural Practice started in the year 2002 by a team of Architects In Bangalore and also has branched out to Coimbatore.Unique in their own ways continued the tradition of defining and creating dimensions for Clients dreams with passion and dedication towards achieving the complete Solution with innovation, classification, technology and exellence.With more than a Decade of Experience Ar. Prasath Chandrasekaran and Ar. Prasath Chandrasekaran is a self-made entrepreneur who began his journey with under Rs. 10,000 and now leads projects worth over 10 crores. In 2002, he founded THAW DESIGNERS in a small office near Lalbagh West Gate, Bangalore. His leadership fueled the company's growth, and by 2008, he became a Project Management Consultant for AKASH HOMES in Coimbatore. His construction unit has since delivered 2 million sq.ft. of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. A member of the Council of Architecture, Delhi, his dedication continues to shape the industry.

Tara Prasath is a dynamic entrepreneur with a strong foundation in architecture, gained through extensive experience in Bangalore. She joined THAW DESIGNERS as a partner in 2005 and has since led around 600 projects across South India, known for their innovative designs. Tara manages operations from her 2000 sq.ft office in Coimbatore and is a member of the Council of Architecture, Delhi, reflecting her professionalism. She is also a partner at Tasya, focused on women's empowerment, and serves as a director at Chandran's Yuva Foundation, showcasing her commitment to community development.
